The City of Wheat Ridge adopted the resident informed Lutheran Legacy Campus Master Plan in 2021, to help guide the future of the campus after the hospital moves. To implement that plan, the city is working to rezone the property, and council has voted to bring a ballot measure before voters this November that makes adjustments to height requirements on the property.
