Wadsworth Boulevard at 38th Avenue Travel Alert

Lane closures and brief traffic holds will occur nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Wednesday, June 25 through Friday, June 27, near the intersection of Wadsworth Boulevard and 38th Avenue. These closures are necessary as crews install traffic signal equipment over the roadway.

On Thursday night, June 26, a new traffic pattern will go into effect on 38th Avenue west of Wadsworth Boulevard. The eastbound travel lane will shift south to allow continued construction in the center of the roadway. All traffic movements at the intersection will remain open during this phase. Please use extra caution while adjusting to the new pattern.

48th Avenue west of Wadsworth Boulevard Access Modification

To address traffic safety concerns, 48th Avenue west of Wadsworth Boulevard will be modified to provide a right turn only from southbound Wadsworth Boulevard to westbound 48th Avenue. Eastbound 48th Avenue just west of Wadsworth Boulevard will be permanently closed to all traffic except emergency responders.
