We're excited to celebrate a major milestone for the City of Wheat Ridge Homeless Navigation Program: 200 housing placements!

Each placement represents far more than a new address. Behind every success are countless hours of outreach, housing searches, advocacy, paperwork, and collaboration with community partners. Most importantly, each placement reflects the incredible perseverance, courage, and determination of the individuals who worked tirelessly to overcome barriers and achieve stable housing.
