Parks and Public Works Maintenance Facility

As Wheat Ridge continues to grow, the city is evaluating ways to better support the operations that maintain parks, streets, and other public infrastructure.

The city's public works and parks maintenance facilities are outdated and undersized. A combined facility would improve operational efficiency, better protect taxpayer-funded equipment, and reduce long-term maintenance costs. Sixty-two percent of voters said improving and expanding these facilities is important.

A new facility would provide improved space for equipment, vehicles, materials, and staff, helping city crews operate more efficiently and continue delivering the services residents rely on every day.
