The Green at 38th Grand Opening on 9/6/25!

Join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of The Green at 38th, a brand-new community space created for connection, relaxation, and fun! This vibrant new park features a playful playground, the charming Fun Fun Fungi Art Exhibit, open green space to unwind, and a stage for performances and events. The Grand Opening will be a joyful day to mark the completion of this exciting project, with free fitness classes and live entertainment. There will be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. and plenty of surprises for all ages throughout the day. We can’t wait to welcome you! Come be part of the celebration!
