May 2025 Project Updates

Progress on the Green at 38th continues on-schedule into May 2025. Project completion is expected in August 2025 with the Grand Opening event happening on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Currently, ECI Site Construction's work is focused on the stage, shade structure, walkways, and other hardscapes.
