The Future of Wheat Ridge!

This is a HUGE opportunity for the city of Wheat Ridge to shine as one of Denver's most prominent surrounding cities. We should absolutely try to maintain Wheat Ridge's small town feel but use this area to build a new "center of town" or "main street." If part of this land was used to build a nice outdoor auditorium or open space for concerts, etc that would be amazing. If we can also have part of this land be shops, restaurants, breweries, & businesses that are all walkable w/ a "main street" feel it would absolutely cement us as thee vibrant city of West Denver. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish!
