E5X Management is the master developer leading the transformation of the Lutheran Legacy Campus into a vibrant new neighborhood that honors the site’s history while creating space for future community needs. Based in Colorado, E5X has a proven track record of thoughtful, community-centered developments like Parkdale in Erie, CO and Tanterra in Parker, CO. Their team brings decades of experience in land planning, finance, and development strategy.

Principal Christopher Elliott and the E5X leadership team are committed to designing a walkable, connected campus that integrates open space, recreation, and preserved historic landmarks such as the Blue House and chapel. The proposed Rocky Mountain Trail and Rocky Mountain Park highlight the developer’s vision for accessible green space, while entryways from 38th Avenue and Dudley Street aim to blend seamlessly with surrounding neighborhoods.
