Deconstruction

Deconstruction of several existing buildings will begin in February 2026, beginning with the now closed West Pines facility. The Blue House, Chapel, and TB Tent will be preserved in place. Public access to the site will be limited in order to provide a secured site for safe and efficient deconstruction and re-grading. The city allows construction activities between 7 AM and 7 PM, every day of the week.
