In April and May 2025, the project team presented, or sent information, about the project to the following community groups:
- Wheat Ridge Optimist Club
- Wheat Ridge Business Association
- Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation Commission
- Wheat Ridge IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) Committee
- Wheat Ridge City Council
